The absurd cluckensteins are 8'-tall mountains of fanged, feathered fury.  Crisscrossed with scars and sutures, their misshapen bodies are comprised of compressed poultry remnants given unholy life by deranged processing-plant AIs.  Certain avianoids often use them as guards.

Cluckensteins attack with battering fists, and if both strike successfully in the same round, the target is crushed for an additional 4d6 damage.  The beaked brutes are mighty enough to ignore damage from conventional firearms, and they barrel through walls, doors, and blockades without impediment.

Cluckensteins can operate vehicles and heavy equipment.  They are also capable of halting, gravelly speech, but usually only bellow threats like, "CLUCK SMASH!!!"

All artifacts found in a cluckenstein's rancid nest are in Condition 2 or less [p. 42 of the Mutant Future Core Rules].

The nightmarish bottomfeeders are 8'-tall, long-tailed ichthyoids that dwell in the deepest, foulest waterways. Their platter-sized eyes radiate hatred, and their gaping maws can barely close around rows of dagger-length teeth.

Bottomfeeders are cruel and terrible opponents.  Not only can they Swallow [as per p. 58 of the Mutant Future Core Rules] man-sized foes or smaller on a To Hit roll of 17-20, but they summon great bursts of strength, allowing them to lift vehicles, or pummel with abandon (adding a single +3d6 to claw attacks).

When lurking in overgrowth or submerged, bottomfeeders soundlessly appear and disappear at will, and Surprise on a 1-5 on 1d6.

Terrordactyls shimmer radiantly upon ending a Teleport move.

While their own tribal culture is primitive, terrordactyls are obsessed with Ancient music and its assorted media forms, and hoard instruments, albums, cassettes, digital players, and even studio recording equipment.

Skelemen are freakish extraterrestrials with bony indigo frames topped by an enormous, unblinking eye.  They are equally at home on land and in water.  Lacking respiratory systems, they are immune to gas-based attacks and related environmental effects.  Skelemen see right through holograms, mirages, and illusion-based Mutations.

Mute and utterly silent in motion, skelemen Surprise on a 1-4 on 1d6.

Skelemen navigate the spaceways in craft of their own design, and they are experts at scavenging, repairing, and piloting Ancient vehicles of any and all varieties.  In fact, their primary motivation seems to be procuring and hoarding such transports (particularly planes) for reasons unknown.

Skelemen travel in trios, and larger groupings always comprise multiples of three (six, nine, etc).

"What's Nuked, Scooby-Doomsday?" — Wax Phantom

Wax Phantom

No. Enc.:  1 (1)
Alignment:  Chaotic
Movement:  75' (25')
Armor Class:  6
Hit Dice:  15
Attacks:  2 (2 fists)
Damage:  2d10 / 2d10
Save:  L15
Morale:  10
Hoard Class:  XV
XP:  9,600

Wax phantoms are 9'-tall lumbering, moaning hulks formed from photosynthetic protoplasm.  No restraint can bind them, as they flow through (or outright shatter) bonds with ease.  They leave goopy footprints in their passing.

Wax phantoms are nigh-invincible.  They can instantly seal wounds and re-attach severed limbs, so conventional melee weapons and firearms are useless.  Toxins, diseases, and gas-based attacks also have no effect.  Explosives and intense impacts just disperse the creatures for 4d6 rounds, and lasers / heat / fire melt them to a liquid state that requires the same duration to reform.  Cold, electricity, and Mental Mutations are really the only ways to combat wax phantoms.

Unnervingly artistic, wax phantoms entomb kidnappees in the creatures' own secretions to create ghoulish galleries of ghastly "statuary".  They cheerily explain every step of the process to their victims.

Mutations:  Fear Generation
